Access medical file via UMC Utrecht patient portal

From Tuesday 5 November 2019, parents and children can access their medical file via the UMC Utrecht patient portal. This is awaiting the go-live of our own digital patient platform MijnMáxima.
We are working hard to develop a digital Máxima environment for patients. We've set the bar high and with that technical challenges arise. This means we need time to launch our own platform, MijnMáxima.

To give parents and children insight into their medical file, they now have access to their data via the UMC Utrecht patient portal.

How do I get to the patient portal?
Here you can log in to the patient portal. Logging in is only possible via DigiD. Please note: we must give you access to the file first. You can read here how you can apply for access.
