Ronald McDonald Family Room

There are two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in the Princess Máxima Center. Families can rest and recharge there in a homely environment and sick children can forget they are ill.

Families can stay in the family room while their child is being admitted, or between treatments or examinations, for example. You can cook, eat, read a newspaper, play, or watch TV there. Just like at home. Volunteers make sure the family rooms are neat, clean and cozy and they are available for questions and for offering a listening ear.

A comfortable lounge with a variety of chairs
Two fully equipped kitchens per Family Room
Coffee/tea making facilities
Dining tables
TV nook
Games, newspapers and magazines
